Andrew S. White, O.D.

Dr. White founded Evolve Eyecare in 2021.  He originally took ownership of the practice back in 2019 when it was then known as Swanson Eyecare.  He manages all of the common ocular diseases including Glaucoma, Cataracts, Macular Degeneration, Diabetic Retinopathy, Styes, Dry Eyes, and much more. He enjoys challenging contact lens fits including those who have astigmatism or less common corneal conditions such as Keratoconus. He has extensive experience in helping patients who work on a computer have the most comfortable visual experience throughout their work day using specialized glasses and contact lenses.

Dr. White graduated from the Michigan College of Optometry in 2015 which included high levels of medical training throughout his rotations at the Grand Rapids Veterans Affairs (VA), the Kresge Eye Institute, and Balian Eye Center.

 

He strives to make sure all patients at Evolve Eyecare receive the highest quality of care and education, the highest quality products, and the highest level of customer service.

Gary S. Oppenheim, O.D.

Our downtown Farmington location was originally a practice called "Eye Spy Eye Care" which was established by Dr. Oppenheim in 1994 until eventually merging with Evolve Eyecare in 2023.  He continues to see patients at this location for routine eye exams and contact lens fittings.  In addition, with his extensive medical experience, he also provides advanced level care for patients with diabetes, macular degeneration, cataracts, and much more.

Dr. Oppenheim received his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University.  He then went on to receive his Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University as well.  He is a proud member of the American Optometric Association and the Michigan Optometric Association.

 

With great passion and commitment for his patients, Dr. Oppenheim is excited to continue to service you as a part of the Evolve Eyecare team.
